Pengawse Hill Nursery is a small nursery where our aim is to provide top
quality plants at resonable prices. We have a special interest in Fuchsias and Pelargoniums (Geraniums) and grow some excellent plants for you to chose from.

Extensive range of summer bedding, patio and basket plants. Hanging baskets and tubs available in spring and early summer. Hardy herbaceous perennials, roses, acers, rhododendrons & azaleas, camellias, soft fruit and other deciduous and evergreen shrubs and trees. Friendly and informative advice.

We take great care of our bedding plants, from the seeds or cuttings to the finished plants. You can order tubs or hanging baskets specially filled to suit your garden or buy from our ready-made 'off the peg' selection.

Rhododendrons, Azaleas Camellias and Magnolias are at their best in the
Spring but are available all year round. We have a good selection of hardy herbaceous perennial plants and a nice choice of deciduous and evergreen shrubs and trees. (If they'll grow on our exposed site, they'll grow almost anywhere!!) If you can't decide or need advice, please ask us for help.

Our stock of roses include Hybrid Teas, Floribundas, Climbers and Mini Climbers, Patio roses (lovely gifts for anniversaries etc.), Ground cover roses and Shrub roses. Some are well-known varieties, some are brand new cultivars while others are a bit more unusual.

Occasionally we have some rather unusual plants like this pink Echium in the photograph (also available in blue). It grows to between six and ten feet tall.
